NOTE - Prior to the show test your software and microphone to ensure there are no problems.

1. Start the call when the show is Live.

You can call anytime after the show starts at 10am PT - 12pm CT - 1pm ET or when the show is On Air. We typically have one or two guests that we interview and so only take calls at certain times during the program. You can verify the show has started a few ways.

• The show button above displays "On Air" when refreshed.
• The NowLive player displays "On Air."
• You're otherwise listening to the show

All calls are muted. There is no screener. Calls will be taken and unmuted at a few points during the show. It's recommended but not required that you also use the NowLive Player to introduce yourself in the chat and tell us you're holding. This way we can match you to the incoming call. In the chat introduction include your name, phone number, and any special reason you're calling.

NOTE - If you use the NowLive player, when you call be sure to either turn the player volume or your PC sound volume off or almost fully down. You can turn the sound off in the NowLive Player by clicking the "Close Audio Link" in the upper right corner of the Player.

2. Click "Call the Show"

3. Click "Call Using Google"

4. Follow the instructions in the Calling Options Page

5. If you use Gizmo Project:

A. Setup. Download and install Gizmo Project. Run the software and register an account.

B. Click the Dialpad tab.

C. Enter the address. Copy and paste the displayed address from the NowLive Calling Options (in the form of 10012345678@audio.nowlive.com) in the address line as below. Click the round Green phone button to start the call. You'll be able to re-use this address through the pulldown box for future calls to the Show. Each Gizmo user will have a different address based on their NowLive ID.

Follow the audio prompts when your call is connected to the show. Click the phone keypad buttons to enter the show ID 237908.
