Guest Speaker: Shane Richardson

Shane Richardson is one of our most sought after speakers. He comes with a 15 year track record of extreme success in the Automotive Industry. Mr. Richardson began informally speaking on the subject of the Power of Intent in 1999. He embarked on a journey years ago which led him to study under prominent scholars in the field. He has since shared this knowledge at leadership conferences all across the country with great success. No other speaker in our company's history has ever received more requests to return and speak than Mr. Richardson. Shane will be the first to tell you that he is not here to impress you, but only to impress upon you what he has found to be true of how the wealthy acquire their wealth and maintain it.

Mr. Richardson is currently Chairman of the Board for ER Financial Services, and Founder-CEO of Wealth Management Services, Inc. Mr. Richardson is also Co-Founder and President of The Dream Team Inc.Training Academy where he instructs two weekly classes.

Mr. Richardson spent 15 years in the Car Business. He worked his way up the ranks from sales to Secondary Finance Manager, where he was awarded the top volume producer for the Southwest US from three major lending institutions. He was promoted to F & I Director and eventually moved to the desk, where he was rumored to be one of the best at "desking deals." During his career as Sales Manager, Mr. Richardson was named as one of the top sales managers in the country for two years in a row, leading his store to the fastest growth period in their history. He then enjoyed success as General Manager of one of the largest Automotive groups in his area.

While GM, Mr. Richardson would spend his time off speaking with top executives for major corporations. He began to make a name for himself as an inside corporate trainer. Shane was hired to teach these techniques to the top executives only, at the exclusion of the lower level managers. Mr. Richardson felt that everyone deserved to hear the secrets and "tricks of the trade" that so many of the world's leaders have been practicing for centuries, yet always kept quiet. He has since devoted his life to making sure that everyone realizes the power they have within themselves.
