for an appointment. Provide your name and last 5 characters of your Transaction ID.

- This special offer is available only through pre-payment through the link above and expires October 1 2009.
- All sales are final. There are no refunds or credits.
- Our secure credit card payment service will provide you with a Transaction ID, such as 9W207425RF5418212, which is displayed upon successful payment and sent via email. The last 5 characters of this ID, 18212 in the example above, will be used to track the number of massages you purchase and use.
